You’ve got a handle on what trauma IS (after Trauma Training 101 and 102), now what? What can you do? What are “Healing Interventions?” Intervention is a fancy way of saying “taking action to improve a situation.” So “healing interventions” are the actions we take to improve a situation by bringing about healing. We will cover ways to bring “healing” in the different stages of healing.

Kierstie Ersch’s bios
Kierstie Ersch has been involved in cross cultural work since 2007, and since then has done work in over 12 countries on 17 different occasions. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling in 2010, and has been involved in outpatient and inpatient clinical practice for the last 11 years. In 2020, while running a private practice specializing in trauma counseling she started her own non-profit, The Rapha Project, to advance trauma informed education and interventions to cross cultural workers and those they serve.
