Interpersonal Trauma (IPT) is when we’re hurt by another person or by a group of people. This can include strangers, acquaintances, friends, or loved ones.
Pain caused by others can be significantly harder to overcome. But the good news is you can overcome it and help others overcome it too!

Kierstie Ersch’s bios
Kierstie Ersch has been involved in cross cultural work since 2007, and since then has done work in over 12 countries on 17 different occasions. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling in 2010, and has been involved in outpatient and inpatient clinical practice for the last 11 years. In 2020, while running a private practice specializing in trauma counseling she started her own non-profit, The Rapha Project, to advance trauma informed education and interventions to cross cultural workers and those they serve.
