Insights on Stress: How You Can Help Your People
August 17th at 8:00 a.m. MST/10:00 a.m. EST/3:00 p.m. London
Presented by Russell Semon
You know your people are stressed. You’ve had conversations with them about their stress. But knowing that isn’t enough.
Wouldn’t you like for your Member Care and Training to be able prepare and equip your people for the unique stress they will experience?
Over the past two months, Russell Semon has administered the Cerny Smith Stress Assessment to close to 50 cross cultural workers through Global Trellis and some patterns began to emerge. NOTE: The individual results and responses are confidential and will not be made available.
The Cerny Smith Assessment is specifically designed for cross-cultural workers and measures stress across 5 life domains; organizational, cultural, relational, resilience, and foundational.
The aggregated or summary results for this group indicate a significant degree of stress across each of the life domains, with the foundational life domain scoring the highest levels of stress. The results were consistent regardless of what organization a person was with, location around the world, or length of time on the field.
Instead of simply noticing this pattern and hoping for the best, we want to help you understand the components of Foundational Stress and how to help your people.
During this webinar we’ll share the results and the components of the Foundational domain. In addition, we’ll offer suggestions and direction on how to help your people in these areas.
